If you wish to book a place on a course which ULU Sport is running please complete a booking form and return it with payment to ULU Sport

If you wish to apply for funding to support your place on an externally run course please complete an External Fund Application form and return it to ULU Sport.

If you have attended an event with the support of ULU please complete a Feedback form and return it to ULU so that we can maintain our commitment to providing the best services and opportunities.
